\nWe inform you that in case of cancellation of the reservation before the beginning of the stay, it will be due, as a penalty clause by the customer, an indemnity set as follows:
\n– if the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full
\n– if the cancellation occurs between the 14th and the 7th day before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded at 50% of the amount of the reservation
\n– if the cancellation occurs between the 6th and the day of your arrival, the totality of the payment will remain acquired to ” La Villa Miami “.
\nAny reservation benefiting from a promotional offer will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
\nIn case of early departure during the stay, the total payment of the reserved service will be required.<\/p>\n
The customer who has not paid the balance on the agreed date is considered to have cancelled his trip without being able to take advantage of this cancellation and therefore incurs the cancellation fees mentioned above.<\/p>\n
In accordance with Article L. 221-28, 12\u00b0 of the Consumer Code, a contract for the purchase of tourist services is not subject to the right of withdrawal.[\/vc_column_text]

Article 4 \/ Assurance annulation<\/h3> <\/div>[vc_column_text]Please note that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates. It is therefore highly recommended to take out one if needed.[\/vc_column_text]

Article 5 \/ Annulation du s\u00e9jour par le propri\u00e9taire<\/h3> <\/div>[vc_column_text]If, before the beginning of the stay, the owner has to cancel the reservation, he must immediately inform his client by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. No financial compensation can be requested except for the full amount of the reservation already paid.<\/p>\n
Villa Miami reserves the right to interrupt or cancel a stay if the customer does not comply with Article 10 of the GTC.[\/vc_column_text]

Article 6 \/ Heure d\u2019arriv\u00e9e<\/h3> <\/div>[vc_column_text]The client must arrive on the day specified at the time of reservation, at the earliest at 4:00 pm (time of availability of the rooms and delivery of the keys) and at the latest at 7:00 pm. If forced, please call before 6pm. No reception will be held after 8pm. In case of late or delayed arrival, the client must inform the owner.[\/vc_column_text]

Article 10 \/ Art de vivre et utilisation des lieux<\/h3> <\/div>[vc_column_text]In order to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of the guests of La Villa Miami, the respect of a certain “art of living” is required of all. Smoking is totally forbidden inside the rooms and common areas; some areas are equipped to receive smokers and their entourage. The client agrees to respect the rules of good manners that will be indicated to him, those that are imposed on all when living in a community and the present general conditions of sale.<\/p>\n
The customer agrees to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare – and to assume financially – any damage for which he\/she would be responsible. The customer agrees to pay the sum of 50 euros in case of loss of the keys of his room. It is forbidden to enter all private areas of the house without being invited. You will only be able to use the parking space dedicated to you. We are not responsible for any damage that may be caused to your vehicle by a third party inside the property. We remind you that the parking area is under video surveillance. The use of the charging station for your electric vehicle is subject to billing.<\/p>\n
Guests should note that La Villa Miami is only open to those over 18 years of age.<\/p>\n
Guests are not allowed to receive guests without the express permission of the owner; in any case this request must be exceptional.<\/p>\n
Villa Miami will not accept any responsibility for loss, theft and\/or damage or injury to property and\/or persons on the property from any cause whatsoever.<\/p>\n
Access to the shared pool and jacuzzi is free. The use of the private Jacuzzi is subject to reservation and agreement of the owners. Even if no one is present, the private Jacuzzi is not accessible.<\/p>\n
The pool is a place to relax, no jumping, diving or excessive swimming is allowed. The pool is heated and maintained between 28 and 30 degrees, but this is not a given depending on outside temperatures or technical problems for reasons beyond our control, the temperature may vary.[\/vc_column_text]
